Lost Sheep Farm was never planned. It was born out of a flood that took our home, our animals, and every plan we had — and left us with nothing but each other, Jesus, and a laptop that floated just long enough to help us start again.
We're Ryan and Tori Gass, and this is our family's farm. What began in devastation has grown, season by season, into a 20-acre working homestead where we raise our animals, work the land, and share the beauty of country living with families like yours. This isn't a polished, picture-perfect homestead. It's a faith-rebuilt, God-led farm — and that's exactly why it means so much.
We believe small, consistent steps yield the most meaningful harvests. That time with the people we love matters as much as the work we do with our hands. And that you don't have to run yourself ragged to build a life that means something — faithful, sustainable work leads to real growth.
Everything we do prioritizes animal welfare, soil health, long-term sustainability, and food families can trust. Because healthy food doesn't happen by accident — it's shaped by choices made long before harvest day.
Our homestead spans three flood-irrigated properties in Roswell, each with its own purpose:
Home Base
Our farmhouse, barn, greenhouse, and coops — where we raise our hens, meat birds, pigs, cow, and sheep, and grow the food we sell.
The Retreat
Our rental village — the Farm House, the studios, and the pond where guests come to slow down and rest at the farm.
Open Land
Flood-irrigated acreage for hay and room to grow — the next chapter of the farm, still being written.
"Keep your heart soft, your coop clean, and your eyes on the One who watches over every sparrow."
